Job Responsibility | 工作职责: 1.Manage full recruiting process, conduct sourcing and screening candidates; 管理整个招聘进程,进行人才寻访,鉴定候选人资质;
2.Manage recruitment outreach via telephone/email/Skype to reach the weekly target; 通过电话/邮件/Skype等方式管理招聘进展,完成每周进展目标;
3.Record accurate information for each job/candidate/school and write communication logs to TTJ on-cloud business platform; 将每个岗位/候选人/学校的信息仔细录入TTJ的共享信息平台,并撰写沟通记录;
4.Assist the team to explore new sources of teacher & school leads continuously; 协助团队持续探索开发新的外教和学校线索;
5.Develop strong interpersonal relationships with candidates and school HRs, to fully understand their needs and preferences; 与候选人和学校HR发展良好的人际关系,充分了解他们的需求和偏好;
6.Achieve a successful hiring result for assigned school account through excellent coordinating, negotiating and customized talent sourcing; 通过优秀的协调、谈判和个性化的人才寻访,为指定的学校客户取得成功的招聘结果;
7.Assist the team leader to deliver training and fulfill the duty of “Adviser” for newcomer; 协助团队主管进行新员工培训,作为新员工的导师;
8.Handle other tasks requested by line manager and contribute to whole team’s success. 完成主管要求的其他任务,促成整个团队的成功。
Requirements
Job Requirement | 职位要求: 1.A bachelor's’s degree is mandatory, English/Education/HR major is a plus;
至少有学士学位,英语/教育/人力资源管理等专业优先; 2.At least one year full-time experience in the field of in-house recruitment, headhunting or business sales;
有至少一年的全职内部招聘/猎头/业务销售工作经验; 3.A good command of English (no less than IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent score), and be able to speak and type English fast;
有良好的英语水平(雅思6.5分以上,或其他英语评级体系同等分数),口语流畅,英语书面沟通迅速;
4.A strong willingness to be an expert in the international education recruitment industry; 有强烈的意愿想成为外教招聘行业的专家;
Be able to work under pressure. 有良好的抗压能力。

2.No fixed working schedule, require to maintain at least 15 hours working hours per week.
